Intellectual property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, audio, video, text, and other materials available through the Services are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license granted to you to access and use the Services for their intended purpose, no rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

Accounts

Certain features of the Services require an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to keep credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Fees

Certain Services may be offered for a fee. Where fees apply, they will be disclosed at the point of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated in writing by the Company. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
